1. 29th October, Monday: GCE 'A' Level Chinese Exam

- Please report to school at the usual time for there is morning assembly.
- Bring along dictionaries, IC/EZ Link card, jacket(optional) and your creative juices!


2. 31st October, Wednesday: Project Work 2007 - Oral Presentation

- Morning shift [MMOPRG, Osamu Tezuka, Alexander Fleming] - 8 am
- Afternoon shift [Lance Armstrong, Martin Luther King Jr.] - 12pm (not too sure, should be this time bah...)
- Please be puntual and present for the whole time of the shift you are in.
- Bring your laptops, thumbdrives, backups, I&R, GPR, OP CD, school tie, I&R and GPF cover page!

3. 6th November, Tuesday: Economics Make-up Lecture

- Time - 8am to 10am
- Venue - Audi

4. 7th November, Wednesday:
- 8am to 9am - Economics
- 9.30am to 11.30am - Maths
- 2.30pm - Biology

Class details:
remember to report your attendance to junyang, terry or me. report punctually at 8am those meeting at amk big macs, report at 6am if you're sick/on medication, please inform me. (tho i hope this wont happen) if you get lost on the way, call junyang/terry/fiona/elaine/melissa/kelvin/hanwei for directions.

How do I get there?
All students are to make their way there themselves. Ensure safety at all times. Do not clown around.
Suggested Route (refer to Map B)
1) Take the MRT to Bedok Station.
2) Proceed to Bedok Interchange
3) Take buses 196 or 197.
5) Walk across the flyover to the beach. DO NOT RUN ACROSS THE EXPRESSWAY
6) The location of the castle is right beside the food village/centre.




Students are to bring the following:
1) Attire: PE shirt and shorts. bring (yang: wear lar, sandals also can :P) your slippers
2) Bring along adequate drinking water. Please use at least a 1.5L water bottle.
3) Bring a hat that provides adequate cover
4) You are allowed to bring sunglasses & sun-block lotion.
5) Bring an extra change of clothes.
6) All clothing are not to have insulting or explicit pictures or words. Remember that you are representing the college.

Last words:
You will be personally responsible for all your personal belongings.
Avoid bringing expensive things as you will only tempt others.
Avoid bringing excessive amounts of cash.
Within your classes, work out a system for guarding your belongings.

OUR CLASS CHALET HAS ALREADY BEEN BOOKED!

it's on the 28th and 29th november. 1 room, please confirm with me whether you'l be
1) coming
2) staying over!
it's at downtown east, we'l be visiting wildwildwet and escape and play mahjong bridge taiti CYCLING etc etc etc
have a roaring good time so come along! *i sound like an advertiser 0.0
and remember, the more of you turn up, the cheaper it'l be =)
take this as a good chance for class bonding!
note, we'l be gg kbox on the last day when we sign out of the chalet =)

i can't believe i'm online (shopping omg! hey emily and keet, wait till i show u pictures in the next pw session in the computer lab HAHA) typing this when i'm supposed to be mugging chemistry 0.0

but anyway, i just wanted to echo junyang's words. don;t give up and don't despair, i believe everyone can promote together, no one will be left behind! *must be optimistic mah. lol*

i know many of you found the math paper tough. and you wonder whether you'l be able to pass, much less promote. you're not alone, we're all in this together. and since everyone finds it difficult (hey even our math rep says the paper was difficult!) then after moderation (which is beautiful according to junyang) we can all cheer up. so don't despair and hang on there for one more day!

i realised there is more to learn than laugh about this video.

in life, there are many things that happen.

they may seem like daily chores, so boring.
and there are also things that make us feel like crap.
it varies from person to person

you might think that everything is going wrong,

you may wanna cry, complain, bash your head into the wall.

but have u ever stopped...
breath...
and think...
about the many goodness in life that you have blindly missed?

it boils down to the simpliest daily chores
to the most special moments in our lives.

ok lets get to the main reason why im typing this and not studying.
i know some of u r still affected by e past exams,
feeling hopeless maybe? maybe like u wanna hit urself n call urself stupid?
but really, there is alot more things in life that u can smile about.
a few obstacle isn't much compared to the many greatness of life u experience everyday.
it's only in Singapore, the pace of life is so fast, we miss them.

so if you are feeling stressed up.
stop, think.
there alot of things u can smile about.
it can help u relax.

Well well. looks like the first day is over.

some of u may be rejoicing, i think

while most of us a banding our heads into the wall.

fret not, the paper is over, but not all is gone.

for those of u who feel disappointed with yourself and think you are gonna get retained

dun think such silly stuff.

cause it's honestly quite hard to retain.

even if u still insist that the biology n GP killed,

dun let it stop u from succeeding in the other papers.

most of u have chinese, (most) so that's one subject clear.

ignore the 2H1s, 2H2s criteria as quoted,

if it was really true, J2s population would like only be at most 500ppl.

moderation is beautiful.

believe u can make it.

believing is good enough to bring many things u thought u couldn't obtain.

do not be afraid to fail.

it's all part of growing (wait, dis sounds like the GP compre)
